How to request deletion of your Mona account and the data linked to it. Sign in to your account, open this page and send the request. You don't need to install anything.

You can ask us to delete your account. First, here is what happens:

  • You can no longer sign in or use Mona with this account.
  • If you have a store, the store, products and videos stop being visible.
  • Orders in progress have to be settled first.
  • We keep what the law requires us to keep (for example, tax data).

Deletion cannot be undone. If you just want a break, signing out is enough.
