How do I pay?
You pay in the app, at checkout. The payment is held until you receive the product, and only then does Mona release it to the seller.
How do I know the product is genuine?
Before it reaches you, Mona collects the product and checks it at Centro Mona. If it does not pass the check, the team contacts the seller.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes up to 7 days across Angola. Express delivery takes 24–48 h in Luanda. You can also pick up at a partner point.
Can I buy from several sellers in one order?
Yes. The cart takes products from several shops, you pay once, and Mona puts the products together in one delivery, when possible.
How do I start selling?
Create your account, tap Quero vender (I want to sell) and fill in a single screen: shop name, @username and location. Then you publish your first product from your phone.
Do I need a separate account to sell?
No. You have one account, for buying and selling. Your shop is only created when you choose Quero vender (I want to sell).
Which countries is Mona in?
We started in Angola, with delivery across the country.
Who collects and delivers the products?
Mona does. Mona couriers collect the product from the shop and deliver the order. The seller does not have to meet the customer.
